Our business model allows us to give our artists the ability to create their artwork, sell their artwork, and ship their artwork. This flexibility enables us to server our artists and their customers, but it also means we print the artwork on-demand. This model doesn't allow us to allow for returns. However, we are more then happy to take any returns due to damaged or defective products. We will either replace your artwork or issue a full refund if products are damaged or defective. Please note - Art You Own does reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges if the return is due to damaged or a defect in quality.
